We will take you through a process of opening up, exploring your mind and your heart and putting the two in alignment so that you can be empowered to make the change in your life needed to feel excited, connected and fulfilled.

Through a variety of mindfulness-based workshops you will dive deep into yourself while exploring topics such as the subconscious mind and human connection
Lunch 1:00 pm
Enjoy a nutritious (and delicious) mid-day meal!
Afternoon Workshop 3:30 pm
Explore activities and exercises that will allow you to gain a better understanding of your connection to your mind, body and soul
Dinner 6:30 pm
A time to regroup as a family and share a tasty meal lovingly prepared by our kitchen team. Sometimes we have a music circle or a Brazilian dance party!
Night Activity 9:00 pm
End the day with a night activity such as jungle bonfire or group reflection as a way to unwind and connect!
