This retreat will be facilitated by Mieke Vander Heyden (Belgium, 1982). She is a certified Integrative Psychotherapist, specialized in Dance & Movement Therapy, Psychodrama, Art Therapy, Laughter Yoga, Trance Dance Ritual and much more. Travelling the world, she facilitates retreats, workshops and social artistic projects that focus on self-exploration, empowerment, connection and lasting transformation. Hereby she integrates all the disciplines she has embodied and facilitates in a soft and loving way.

Every day there is an optional morning practice (yoga, meditation, dance wave, cacao-cermony...). After breakfast & lunch we come together for the inner work (creative therapies, sharing, writing...). After dinner there is an optional evening activity (singing circle, bonfire, Trance Dance,...). In between the days you will also get free time for yourself, to explore nature. After all, it's a retreat.
