10 days in a conscious community within the heart of nature at the jungle beach. Experience the power of creative self-expression: dance & movement therapy, psychodrama, authentic movement, art therapy, laughter yoga, singing, rituals... These activities will support you in discovering the gifts and hidden gems of 2020, to take with you, anchor and transform into inner-lasting wisdom. Integrate this year’s experiences into integral life-teachings. Make peace with the past, come to acceptance, and become more whole. Envision beyond your current perception what you want your 2021 to be. You will receive tools to create your new YOU year: pulling your projections back to you, to start manifesting your new reality, NOW.



This retreat will be facilitated by Mieke Vander Heyden (Belgium, 1982). She is a certified Integrative Psychotherapist, specialized in Dance & Movement Therapy, Psychodrama, Art Therapy, Laughter Yoga, Trance Dance Ritual and much more. Travelling the world, she facilitates retreats, workshops and social artistic projects that focus on self-exploration, empowerment, connection and lasting transformation. Hereby she integrates all the disciplines she has embodied and facilitates in a soft and loving way.

Every day there will be a morning practice (dance wave, meditation, cacao-ceremony, yoga, beach walk...). After breakfast and lunch there will be a session of a few hours for your inner work (art therapy, dance & movement therapy, rituals, writing...). After dinner there will be another activity (movie, singing, bonfire, ritual...). 

You will get also free time slots, so you can go on a little hike, connect with your new friends or enjoy some time on your own in nature. After all, it's also time for you to re-treat yourself.
